We the undersigned, as Citizens of Illinois deserve better representation in our elected officials than the corruption of pay to play politics we have received during the past decades. To end this practice we pledge to vote only for candidates who sign this Contract with Illinois. We further pledge to hold these candidates accountable after they are elected to the principles they have agreed to in this contract.
